Q: What if my order is damaged during shipping?
A: In the event any of your boxes are damaged during shipping you must file a complaint with your the carrier company. It is smart to take a picture and document the damage. Always keep the damaged boxes and packing materials. This is necessary for your claim with the carrier.

A: Refused orders can be re-shipped at client’s expense one time. Orders returned again will be sent only after pre-payment. Customer will be responsible for 20% restocking fee and all shipping costs on all refused orders.
